Project Overview

The Anishinabek Nation came to Sofa Communications for support in running a two day hybrid, in person and virtual, forum style conference.

Objective

The Anishinabek Nation requested that all digital production and technical support be handled by Sofa Communications to free up availability for event coordinators to efficiently run the conference without worrying about technical issues.

Solution

Sofa Communications provided coordination of all sound, virtual communications and projection systems, an initial site visit and event planing, and in person AV coordination for the two day event.

Deliverables

Sofa Communications provided and operated all AV technology to support the in person conference and to facilitate the online portion of the conference. The two day conference and b-roll footage was recorded, edited and provided an arhive to use as they see fit.
